If your domain is currently hosted with GoDaddy, please follow these steps and use the information below to transfer it to PetDesk's GoDaddy account.

If you are using a registrar other than GoDaddy, the PetDesk website support will reply to this form with the transfer authorization code to provide to your new registrar.

In order to perform a data migration, the PetDesk website support team will need a list of login credentials for the previous email addresses. Once this form is submitted, you will receive a ticket confirmation email. Please reply to that email with the list of credentials, preferably via a secure share link such as 1Password.
